Economic hardship, particularly high youth unemployment and poverty levels, drives crime in the MENA region, but ILC addresses this by implementing targeted community development programs that support small businesses, provide vocational training, and enhance educational access, ultimately creating sustainable economic opportunities and fostering safer, more resilient communities.
